  1. Resting

It's not my natural groove, but I did it.

I accidentally stumbled into a summer of wandering pathways and fishing adventures with my boys.

It's what I didn't know I needed, but it was healthy and good. It meant that I didn't meet all my invisible personal deadlines, but I convinced myself that was okay too.

✨ Do you feel you are in the trenches of 'busy' or have moments of rest come your way in recent seasons?
  2. Rhythm Rescues

Somewhere on the inter-webs I spotted a metronome (gasp) and rhythms on circles.

As inspiration would have it, I turned it into this interactive Rhythm Circles activity that I introduce in this video (4:47 mins).
    RHYTHM CIRCLES

A wonderful local colleague expanded it into this wonderful resource over on "Teachers Pay Teachers".

  3. Tango Transformations

Modern contemporary composer, Amy Ferguson, transformed the memorable "Happy Birthday" tune into a cheeky tango!
I couldn't resist learning it and introduce it here!
